The timing sucks....

I feel it creeping in more every day, like grey clouds rolling over a field full of people, you look around and wait for the down pour.....

It ain't the best time, but when will it be?

It's not like you can plan for a shit fest in your brain.

It feels selfish, more now then ever....we have a son, I have mates in need of comfort themselves, there's lots of things I'm supposed to be getting done.

But you can't ignore the knock on your mental door....

Nor can you invite it in....

It will just show up, unexpectedly, let itself in, no gifts to cushion it's blow...

Batten down the hatches and hope you're strong enough to ride it out....
