Mother's Day in our house started last night, on account of Tyler having to work tonight(his usual day off). The boys cookcooked dinner together....spag bol with garlic and cheese bread(which Jack pulled the cheese layer off and just ate the garlic bread!) and nachos....the best ever nachos!! The best coz they were very cheesy, but very bad coz JackJack nibbled so many chips while they were making them that it was really just cheese and salsa with a sprinkling of chips! Delish!!!
While Daddy was doing things before dinner, JackJack joined me for music practice :)
I have been dutifully practising my Chanter a little session each day.....
As you can see...JackJack is my no.1 fan!! He often joins me for practise....boobing under my Chanter(multi-tasking muma here!), and when I finish he asks for more, as he is above here
Mother's Day morning started earlier then Daddy would have liked, with buba finishing his morning milk before 7am and draining Muma to the point of starvation, so we were keen for our breaky in bed ;)
Firstly.....the present!! JackJack was very excited to point out the wrapping paper had "raaaahhh!"s(lions) on it!!
I got a box of ferrero rochers....hidden under an "I love my mum" tshirt, a "My Aussie Mum" book and a cupcake tea mug(I forgot to take a pic of it, but it has a fairy cake on it that looks just like the ones Grandma used to make us!)
Inside the cover of the book, Daddy had traced Jack's hand print! Too cute ;)
We had a flick through the book, and JackJack was so excited to see caaaaarrrs in it!
We started breaky by munching on some chocies(well, I did, as buba peeled them for me!), and I took great delight in sticking the little stickers all over bubs face!!! lol
Daddy made waffles with raspberry jam, yum yum ;)
Thank you, my sweet son, for choosing me as your Muma!!
You fill my world with laughter and make my heart sing xxx
Jack hoped in his trike and we went bikling to the local park for a picnic with my family

Happy Mother's Day to my Mummy , who is the inspiration behind the muma I strive to be!!
I didn't realise how lucky I was that I can call you my best friend, I thought everyone had a mummy like you, but I try never to take you for granted, I appreciate and love you more then my words could ever express and I hope that I do you proud!! xoxoxoxoxoxoxoxoxoxoxoxoxoxoxoxoxoxoxoxoxoxoxoxoxoxoxoxoxoxoxoxoxoxoxo
Mummy, me and Ciny, holding our special treasure boxes(I made Mums and she made both of ours)
Mum is holding Kaiden, and Ciny is holding Hollie....or as JackJack calls them- Baby and Holalolly ;)

When we were younger, Mum and Dad used to joke that a lot of the family pics were just a series of "here's the family eating here" and "here's the family eating there", coz meal times/picnics were a popular time for photography.......seems the tradition is continuing still!
And as Daddy had gone off to work after lunch, we went back to Nanny and Papa's for dinner....here is how Nanny found JackJack when he was in the kitchen while Papa cooked dinner ;)
And this is what I'm looking at now :)
