Do you take the time to enjoy your food?
I mean really enjoy it?!
We humans are of the few species that eat to enjoy, not just to sustain, but with all the obligations society places on us to eat "well", how many of us savor the moment in our treats?
Smell the deliciousness
Study the presentation, appreciate it's beauty.
Think about how eating it makes us feel
Admit it, it's ok, food = happiness sometimes :)
Don't rush it down...
